T.S.M.L. was established in June 2000, a small family run business with a growing wealth of knowledge in the civils and building industry. Taking a flexible approach on all our client's requirements, able to adapt to changing needs with an adaptable workforce at hand.

T.S.M.L. prides itself on high standards with over 200 years of combined experience, it's through our commitment and understanding of our client's and staff needs that has enabled us to grow and maintain a successful business. Services

With a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the public and private sector, our projects, contracts and skills cover all aspects of civil engineering, ground works and new build. We carry out all aspects of building maintenance, Fensa approved window and door installation, BM Trada certified, fire door installation and maintenance activities.

We offer construction design and build capabilities in line with CDM regulations (2015) for both notifiable and non-notifiable projects.

We also operate and maintain our own fleet of construction plant.

We provide comprehensive training, personal protective equipment (PPE), and appropriate clothing for all events and seasons, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations. Our team is directly employed through PAYE, guaranteeing reliability and consistency in our workforce. We take a diverse approach, treating all individuals with respect. We are conscious of our environmental responsibilities, from paper usage to waste management. We also support local groups, individuals, and charities through our philanthropic efforts. We care about trying to keep our business economical, with fair open book pricing.

Community

As a small, family-run business, we have always tried to support our community, protecting the environment, and the connections to all people we come into contact with.

As we have grown as a Business, so has the support we have been able to provide. We have proudly supported various causes, from providing drug awareness books to a local school and sponsoring football kits for local teams, to donating a gazebo for the under 16 and under 19, Solent Seahawks American Football teams. We have also supported individuals like local lad Jack Hillier in his boxing career and sponsorship for Hampshire Carnivorous Plants (Chelsea Flower show event - Matt is now a world renown expert with over 25 gold medals to his name). Additionally, we've hosted Macmillan Coffee Mornings, supported events with The Dogs Trust to aid in rehoming efforts, and contributed to The Teddy Bear Children Support Limited, through Jamie Donnelly taking on many challenges, his next is to hike Slovakias High Tatras mountains for 78Km up to Green Lake above sea level, in February 2025. Go Jamie!

Since 2010, we have been proud sponsors of Action Medical Research, including serving as Lead Sponsor for the annual 'Dine with Davina' event for the past six years. We've also contributed to other events with this charity, including providing funding during lockdown and connecting with some of the remarkable scientists.
